CPA Certification

CPA refers to a Certified Public Accountant who has obtained a CPA certificate and practices in an accounting firm.

Accountant Verification and Hong Kong Company Accountants refer to professional accountants who verify the authenticity and consistency of your commissioned company’s registration documents at the Hong Kong Registrar and Inland Revenue Department. After verification, they sign and stamp copies of your company documents, certifying their consistency with those on file at the Hong Kong Registrar, assuming legal responsibility thereafter.

Common cases include Hong Kong companies investing in domestic companies or related business operations, all requiring notarization by a Chinese commissioner.

Apostille Certification

Refers to secondary certification conducted by national government agencies (usually the Supreme People’s Court), on the original certification issuer (usually local notaries or international notaries), with a seal or label added to the certification. This process is called re-certification (Apostille).
