Job Responsibilities

1. Continuously learn professional knowledge in the business service industry under the guidance and training of the company, and provide professional consulting services such as company registration, financial and accounting, intellectual property, and residence visas for domestic and foreign clients;
2. Utilize various channels such as social media, telephone marketing, and face-to-face sales to expand customer base, maintain good customer relationships, establish broad customer channels, deeply explore customer needs, provide solutions, facilitate transactions, and achieve performance goals;
3. According to work arrangements, visit clients irregularly, maintain customer relationships, and facilitate the conversion of secondary transactions;
4. Cross departmental collaboration, timely follow-up of service progress, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of services;

Job requirements

1. Having good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, with a high requirement for English oral expression ability, able to communicate with foreign clients in business;
2. Outgoing personality, quick response, strong communication skills and interpersonal abilities, affability, and good at maintaining customer relationships;
3. Having excellent negotiation skills and customer service awareness;
4. Priority will be given to hiring those with work experience in the same industry; Priority will be given to candidates with sales experience for interviews;
